Ryan Groom has been in the security field since 1991. As the CEO of CyberSecure he led his team to win the 2004 Microsoft Canada Impact Award for Excellence in Security Solutions.
Experience:
Ryan is an accomplished software developer and published author. His first software application was put into production in 1992, which is still in operation today. Ryan has been a contributing author on two software development books published in 1997 and 1998. These books were followed by a security publication for Microsoft in 2004.
Ryan formed a company called CyberSecure in 2001. CyberSecure was Canada's first Microsoft Gold Partner for Security Solutions and was acquired in 2004. After CyberSecure, Ryan became the CTO of TrustMe Security until January 2008 and then took a position of VP of Online Community at GreenNexxus.
